What to expect during your first session 

During your first session you will sit down with me and talk about yourself. We will dig deep and wrestle with questions like:

  • What is your favorite movie?

  • Who is your favorite Disney Princess?

  • Who would win in a fight between Jackie Chan and Jet Lee?

After we solve the problems of the world together we could then talk a little about training and what your goals are. 

After your assessment, I program exercises for you that both adhere to and promote achieving your goals, and are also safe for you to learn and perform. 

Then we are off to the races to kick ass and take names together! Expect a lot of fist bumps and high fives.
