My online coaching program is a new and exciting way for you to work with me from afar and even if you are in the Indianapolis area the program has several advantages over traditional personal training.

  6. Meal Plans: If you sign up for the Premier Coaching plan you will also have meal plans sent straight to you through the Boone Fitness App. No more guessing what to eat.
